Philips RV & Boat Storage (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates philipsrvboatstorage.com and our online rental and account pages (together, the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, join a waitlist, reserve or rent a space, or manage your account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, vehicle or vessel details, emergency contact, driver’s license information, and payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.
Reservations you start but don’t finish. If you begin an online rental and enter your name, email address or phone number, we may save that contact information and the space you selected, even if you don’t complete the rental, so we can follow up about your reservation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked (including taps on our phone number), the website that referred you, and general location.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and provide quotes, reservations, rentals and customer service
- To follow up about reservations you started, waitlist openings, or inquiries you sent us
- To process payments, manage accounts, provide gate access and keep the facility secure
- To send account, billing and service notices
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To comply with the law, enforce our rental agreements and protect our rights and property
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our storage management and payment software, website hosting, form and email services, and analytics and advertising providers (including Google and Meta). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our facility or others, including as permitted under Florida’s self-storage laws.
- Business transfers, such as a sale or reorganization of our business, where the information would remain subject to this policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site. These companies may collect information about your activity on our Site and other sites over time. You can control this by:
- Adjusting your browser to block or delete cookies
- Using Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on and Google Ad Settings
- Updating your Meta ad preferences

Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

If you contact us, join a waitlist or start a reservation, we may call or email you about it. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on the call, replying to our email, or contacting us using the information below.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide services, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you about reservations or marketing. We will honor requests as required by law; some information may need to be kept for active rentals, legal or record-keeping reasons.
Other websites
The Site may link to websites we don’t control, such as Google Maps or social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
